2019 Pinot e Grenache

Our 2019 Pinot Nero e Grenache hails from the Adelaide Hills. Pinot from the Castambul vineyard, Grenache from One Tree Hill. 70/30 mix. Minimal sulphur 3g/hL. Under cork, wax dipped and stamp sealed by hand with a berry aroma within the wax. Light summer red, blushing fresh red fruits, velvet tannin finish with an umami end palate from the seductive pinot element. Perfect with cured meats and cheese. Make us an offer we can't refuse.
